Financial Information for the 2025-26 Season

Dear Angelfish Community,
As we think about the exciting season ahead that will kick off on Sunday, August 24th, we want to inform everyone about the financial commitment for each age group (team) so that families can plan accordingly. These monthly fees take effect on September 1, 2025 at the beginning ofour fiscal year. Everyone is assessed summer fees for July and August at a rate of $170/month to reflect a once a week practice schedule.
2025-2026 Season Fees
Novice: $170/month
10 & Under: $275/month*
Intermediate: $350/month*
12 & Under: $350/month*
Youth & Junior: $395/month*
*In addition to these monthly fees, each athlete (except Novice) is billed a fully refundable security deposit of $600 that will remain on account until the athlete leaves the team or graduates in good financial standing. This year we are moving to a flat rate fee structure rather than the previous method of charging two month’s fees for security deposits. If you have more than $600 on account (current Youth and Junior athletes have $790 on account), you will be credited the overage on your September invoice. Security deposits will be billed over two months in October and November.
The Angelfish Board met mid July for our Annual Board Retreat to carefully evaluate fees in each age group, taking into consideration coaching staff needs, pool time and land work.
Each year, we deliberate carefully to consider the impact of fees on families while balancing the financial sustainability of our non-profit organization.
We will host our Annual Parent Meeting on Saturday, August 23rd at 4pm on Zoom. Please mark your calendars. We look forward to sharing more information about next season and connecting with everyone here in this very special community.
